Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the whenbd platform and all related services. When you create an account on whenbd, browse the platform, or use any service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on whenbd is ৳300. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

Deposited funds must be sent from an account registered in the user's own name. Sending funds through a third party is prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount from whenbd is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Additional conditions for withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Withdrawal may be held if wagering on an active bonus has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the original deposit method.

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → Maximum ৳10,000 bonus → Total ৳22,000

General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all promotional offers and bonuses:

• Each user may claim a welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses are only usable on eligible games.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously may not be possible.
• whenbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of fraudulent use of bonuses is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

VIP Program

whenbd's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Changes to VIP tier are determined at whenbd's discretion. Cashback payments are generally made every Monday.

Fair Play Policy

Prohibited Activities
